To give this corner bathroom vanity a reliable stability the grain is quarter sown and joined by means of mortise and tenons.
Look for the cedar cock beads framing and holding the mirror and milk glass panels. From about 1725 to 1800, cock beads were commonly used to form decorative edges on drawer fronts and are reappearing in modern-day timber bathroom vanity designs.
The tapered timber legs follow the key lines with grace and offer excellent support for the vanity's weight.
